- Type of card
- Name on the card
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Code number on the back of the card
- Billing address for credit card
- Amount of the charge
Sufis Hawaii will process the card information and receive an authorization and approval immediately and will directly inform you of its completion.
All information received will be held in the highest confidentiality.
