It is so beautiful there with lush tropical's and luscious spring fed pools to swim in and beautiful waterfalls. . .she has several places to stay on the land and is negotiable with price. . .she also has a Ford Explorer she rents out. . .

Beautiful ,clean, bright, zen-like home located in Haiku, my place is available for $60 per night(1-3 people).If a 4th or 5th person decides to stay, my landlord,George is requesting that an additional $20 per person be paid to him. I stay with Lenny often and my place is vacant 75% of the time. I think you know the property. Melissa dwells on the land and so does dolphin/whale lover "Yes". George Simon collects the $$ and deducts half of it toward my rent. I am doing this as a service to the land b/c George is trying to keep up with his costly mortgage payments. I love the property and have been living there for 6 yrs. My space is truly a gem. Coin operated laundry machines are located on site and internet access is available. Tv,dvd/vcr,and stereo with Ipod hookup are also available.
I have extra towels and linens if needed and a two portable phones w/speaker phone access. My place is a great deal on two acres of land.A costly hotel does not compare in the least bit.
I also have a great kitchen with a clean refrigerator. Also there are 3 cozy futon beds with real down comforters and feather beds on top of the futons. Definitely deluxe accommodations for a great price.
My requests is that no flesh foods of any kind is prepared in the vegetarian kitchen and a $30 cleaning deposit is left with George if major cleaning needs to be done. I am opening this place up like a bed and breakfast to really cool & conscious people whom are into what you and I are into. We want people there whom are peaceful, clean , and conscious.
